Bob has over 25 years of experience presenting ROI-based solutions to C-Level executives in banking, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, steel, telecom, packaging, chemicals, energy and aviation. His expertise also includes channels management and CRM.

Joining Revenue Partner in 2017, Bob is responsible for architecting sales talent solutions that help clients translate strategic intentions into business results.

Prior to founding Revenue Partner, Bob spent 30 years as an owner/principal with Revenue Partner sponsor Alexander Group. During his tenure Alexander Group grew to became the No. 1 authority worldwide on sales force best practices.

Bob has personally managed projects in sales deployment, sales process determination, sales talent analytics and sales compensation design. A particular focus is implementing software and IT infrastructure solutions that drive increased sales results.

He is a frequent keynote speaker at sales industry events.

He has a BS degree from the Unites States Air Force Academy and an MBA from Southern Illinois University.

Stacy Simonett

Customer Success

When she’s not at work, Stacey runs a small organic farm specializing in vegetables and fruit.

Stacey supports all aspects of Revenue Partner projects including data collection, milepost management and customer reviews.

For sales talent assessment projects she conducts interviews to profile job roles, supervises data collection and presents findings and recommendations to client management.

Stacey is also responsible for training client personnel responsible for implementing Revenue Partner programs in the field.

Stacey has a BA from Gustavus Adolphus College.

He’s also expert in sales productivity tools, sales talent assessment, and sales learning and development solutions.

All of this has prepared Paul for his current Revenue Partner role of helping clients successfully pursue major changes in their revenue growth strategies.
